1. ELIGIBILITY:

Employees, officers and directors of Full Game Ahead, Ltd. ("Sponsor") and its respective parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and individuals and entities involved in the creation, preparation of materials, administration or fulfillment of this Promotion, including AH Global LLC, Lagoon Software LTD, and Mango Family LLC (collectively referred to herein as the "Sponsor and Others") and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, siblings, children, parents and the "steps" of each regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether or not related), are not eligible to enter or win.

2. PROMOTION OVERVIEW:

The Promotion starts on 02/24/2023 at 12:00:00 AM, Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT") and ends 02/24/2024 at 11:59:59 PM GMT (the "Promotion Period") (the "Promotion Period"). Subject to the provisions contained in Section 3, Section 4 and Section 5, you may enter the Promotion multiple times throughout the Promotion Period.

3. TO ENTER:

There are three (3) ways to enter the Promotion:

a) Play one of the FGA PRIZE GAMES from the Apple® App Store - Download the Prize Fiesta or Prize Blast applications from the APPLE® App Store, launch the application, complete the sweepstakes registration form in the profile section featured in the main section of the game when you are invited to or at any time later and begin playing the game. You will receive one (1) potential entry ("Potential Entry") for every consecutive seven (7) minutes you spend in the playable areas of the game (i.e. each level and the "prize cave") during the Promotion Period while your device is connected to internet. Potential Entries will automatically become entries into the Promotion during game play or, to the extent they have not been previously converted, immediately prior to the drawing identified in Section 4. You must provide all the requested information on the registration form on the profile page of the application. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, permit Potential Entries to be redeemed for entries into future or concurrent sweepstakes, if any, that Sponsor offers, subject in each case to any limitations or restrictions applicable to such sweepstakes promotions. For details, see the official rules for such sweepstakes promotions, once they become available. You will not receive Potential Entries for play or use of the Prize Fiesta or Prize Blast applications downloaded from the Google® Play Store; or

b) Use Potential Entries from Sponsor's Other Sweepstakes - Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, permit potential entries acquired in other sweepstakes of Sponsor, if any, which are run previously or concurrently with the Promotion, to become entries in the Promotion; or

c) Complete a Free Entry Form - During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.mango-family.net/form-2.html or the link to the free entry form contained in any FGA PRIZE GAMES application and provide all the requested information and you will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. Limit: You may receive no more than one (1) entry in a three hundred and ninety (390) second period using the free entry form.

Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor and Others are not responsible for entries that are altered, damaged, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misdirected, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules; or other errors of any kind, whether due to any electronic, human, technical, mechanical, production or due to any other causes. Each of such entry will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS AND ODDS OF WINNING:

On or about 02/24/2024, Mango Family LLC ("Administrator"), the independent agency administering this promotion, will conduct a random drawing to select the potential winners from among all of the eligible entries, including the Carryforward Entries, received in each Monthly Drawing. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries. The Administrator's decisions shall be final in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Limit one prize per person.

6. CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE:

Each potential winner will be notified either by email within approximately seven (7) days of the drawing and will be instructed on how to receive their respective prize ("Prize Notification"). To claim a prize, each potential winner must complete and electronically sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and a Liability/Publicity Release ("Supporting Documents") and provide a copy of their photo identification with address or a photo identification and a proof of address indicating their current address (for example, a scan or picture of a utility bill) (“Identification Documents”). Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and randomly select alternate potential winners from among eligible entries received in the Promotion in the event that: (a) the potential winner is unreachable; (b) the potential winner does not respond to the Prize Notification in the manner specified in the Prize Notification within thirty six (36) hours after Sponsor sends it; (c) the potential winner fails to fully complete, electronically sign and return the Supporting Documents and Identification Documents within twenty four (24) hours after the Sponsor provides the Supporting Documents; (d) the potential winner declines acceptance of the prize; or (e) if in Sponsor's determination, the potential winner has not complied with these Rules. Winners should receive their prize within sixty (60) days of returning the Supporting Documents and Identification Documents. The winners will be issued a Form-1099, as required by the Internal Revenue Service, for all prizes with an ARV in excess of Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars. All federal state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of each winner. Sponsor has no responsibility for a winner's inability or failure to accept or utilize a Prize as described herein. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address at time of the drawing. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RELEASE/ INTERNET:

By entering this Promotion, participants agree to abide by and accept these Rules. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor and Others resulting from any user's participation in or attempt to participate in the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor and Others for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with the Promotion or any unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, tampering, hacking, theft, viruses, bugs, worms or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, A PARTICIPANT RELEASES SPONSOR AND OTHERS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, WINNERS AGREE THAT SPONSOR AND OTHERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion or any portion of it and proceed in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the selection of winners from among eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, modification or termination. Further, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry or the operation of the Promotion; (b) violating the Official Rules; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

8. PRIVACY POLICY:

Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Promotion will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Promotion as described in these Rules, in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy and in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as stated at https://www.full-game-ahead.com/privacypolicy/Privacy_Policy_gdpr_EN.html.

9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS:

By accepting a prize, Winners agree to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use their name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to the internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

10. GENERAL:

In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor and Others are not liable in the event that any portion of the Promotion is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond their control. The interpretation of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without respect to the conflict of laws doctrine. Any and all disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, or if the federal court lacks jurisdiction, before the Court of Common Pleas located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Promotion and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages. Sponsor's decisions shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

11. REIMBURSING INTERNET CONNECTION FEES DEDICATED TO THE PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

In the event that users use an internet connection based on duration or volume of downloaded data and can provide proof that such internet fees were exclusively incurred in connection with playing FGA PRIZE GAMES or filling in the free entry form, such users may, pursuant to the legal concept of free participation as defined by French law, obtain reimbursement of their internet connection costs, it being specified that such reimbursement shall be proportional to the time spent playing FGA PRIZE GAMES and participating in the Promotion. To obtain such reimbursements, users must provide a detailed bill along with proof of the time spent on the game. In the event that a user's subscription is an unlimited access to internet, requests for reimbursement relating thereto shall be considered null and void. Requests for reimbursement must be sent to the Sponsor within two (2) weeks following the end of the Promotion. Postage fees are refunded upon request on the basis of the applicable simple letter rate.

12. APPLE® DISCLOSURES:

This Promotion is not in any manner sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple®.
